Vyriy and The Fourth Law launch mass production of autonomous drones

Kyiv, Ukraine; 15 September 2025 – Vyriy, one of Ukraine’s largest drone manufacturers, and The Fourth Law, a leading Ukrainian developer of autonomy systems, announced the start of mass production of drones with terminal guidance.

The foundation of the new product line will be the Vyriy-10 – one of the most successful FPV drones on the frontline. From now on, they will be equipped with the TFL-1 terminal guidance module.

“Over the past few months, we have been supplying TFL-1 modules to a number of combat brigades,” said Yaroslav Azhnyuk, CEO of The Fourth Law. “The use of our system has increased drone strike effectiveness by 2-4 times, while the cost rises by only 10%.”

Demand for drones with terminal guidance is growing daily. The General Staff, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation have repeatedly emphasized the need to scale high-quality autonomy solutions.

“I personally, together with my team, conducted dozens of tests. Artificial intelligence for target detection is a truly effective strike tool. It is an indispensable part of future guidance systems that significantly increases effectiveness. It is gratifying to note the progress of The Fourth Law: such companies provide exactly the kind of asymmetric solutions our army needs. We have decided to implement TFL-1 on our drones, and we expect to see an increase in successful strikes as early as next month,” noted Oleksii Babenko, CEO of Vyriy.

An important advantage is that for every successful strike using drones with a guidance system, soldiers will receive additional “e-points.” E-points are Ukraine’s official reward system for defenders who destroy Russian equipment and manpower. Accumulated points can be used on the specialized Brave1 marketplace to buy more drones and other equipment.

One e-point is roughly equivalent to ₴10,000 UAH (~$242 USD) in equipment value it can be exchanged for.

“We wanted terminal guidance to minimally affect the final price of the drone – and we succeeded. The Vyriy-10-TFL-1 will cost only ₴18,500 (~$448 USD), making it very competitive even compared to the price of a classic FPV drone,” explained Oleksii Babenko.

The TFL-1 module is the result of nearly two years of engineering work at The Fourth Law. It has already received NATO codification.

The machine vision–based system operates on a fire-and-forget principle: the onboard computer with AI algorithms takes control after visually detecting the target, ensuring a hit even under electronic warfare and additional radio interference.

The software is continuously updated – an update can be installed within minutes.

“Given its effectiveness, we expect that within 6-9 months, most drones at the front will be equipped with similar autonomy systems,” emphasized Yaroslav Azhnyuk.
